Our Brewery

Our brewery has served different breweries in Northern Colorado and Wyoming before landing at Purpose Brewing and Cellars.

After brewing on 280 hl (Rodenbach), 120 hl, 240 hl and 200 hl (New Belgium Brewing) we landed back to where we were in Belgium with Brouwerij De Zwingel, a 5 hl or close to 4 Bbls.

The brewhouse is a 30 year old classic North American 2 vessels system, direct fired. We have fermenters where we can do double brews in and even a bright tank! But most of all we have a cellar, with 80 or so barrels maturing each there own brew into a piece of beauty. The barrels are just waiting their turn to amaze you.
