Upstairs Seats 34 comfortably, but seating can be flexed into maximum 40. We do not recommend above this amount.

Barrel Room seats 12-16.

Pricing

Pricing for Loft/upstairs:

$100/hr bar minimum for Thursday and Sunday

$150/hr bar minimum for Friday and Saturday

A mandatory 20% tip will be added on top of your total.

We are willing to forgo minimums for larger, consistent meetups in our upstairs space, including weekends. This does not apply to one-off events such as birthday parties, graduation parties, etc.

No price for barrel room.

NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED (unless specified). We will not be able to typically accommodate times for parties outside our opening hours beyond 30 minutes before open. If you wish to come in earlier or later than our typical open times, we will require a contract and deposit of half your bill to ensure our staff is taken care of should you decide not to show.

Food

Outside food welcome, which includes soft drinks. We have snacks on hand and often on the weekend we have a food truck. Check our schedule online to see what’s available that day. No preferred caterers on our end. We can work with a brewery in Colorado if you want to have beer that’s not from our brewery, but we can’t have beer from out of state. We have Holidaily Blonde and Seltzers for gluten free options as well as non-alcoholic beer, soda, and kombucha. 

No outside liquor, wine, mead, cider, no exceptions.

Minimum

If you don’t meet the total needed for renting the room, we can dispense gift cards, merch, and to go items to meet the total. If your beer is not all on one tab, please inform us beforehand since it’s different to keep track of.

You may come visit any time we are open to view the room, but bear in mind Friday and Saturday may have a party booked upstairs.

Room Rules

30 minute setup time included. Any time over that is considered part of the total rental.

  • No glitter, sequins, confetti.

  • You can decorate, but please don’t leave tape on the walls after takedown. 

  • Children welcome but cannot be left unattended. 

  • Bluetooth speakers allowed. Bands are not recommended and must be negotiated through us if at all.

  • We have cold storage for cakes and food upon request.

  • 8ft table provided on request.

  • Projector setup by request, bluetooth capable and hdmi.
