Whether it’s a look at how wood barrels can change the depth and complexity of base beers or an understanding of how unconventional ingredients can produce the most wonderful results, The Cellar Experience is tailored based on your knowledge level and interest. Who knows, you might even get to help choose the barrel for the next Smoeltrekker release! The cost is $55 per person and includes 4 tasters, plus two tasters straight from the barrel and a cheese plate from The Welsh Rabbit.
