Poudre Pub Talk: Beer and Wood Aging, Part II

  • Purpose Brewing and Cellars (map)

As part of an on-going series, the Poudre Heritage Alliance presents monthly educational pub talks at local establishments throughout Northern Colorado. Join us for a Pub Talk on April 23, 2020, 6-7 pm, here at Purpose Brewing and Cellars! For the April 23 pub talk, Michael Mosher from University of Northern Colorado’s Brewing Laboratory Science program will provide an update on his collaborative research project on beer and wood aging between UNC, brewmaster Peter Bouckaert, and Squarrel Company.

Mosher earned brewing degrees in both the U.S. and the United Kingdom, worked as a brewer’s assistant, and has been a home brewer for more than 20 years. The Beer and Wood Aging pub talk in 2019 was a hit, and we are excited to have Michael back at Purpose this year!

If you are interested in attending this Pub Talk, please RSVP via Facebook by clicking here. The event is FREE and open to the public!

Poudre Pub Talks are a series of FREE educational presentations, open to the public, presented by the Poudre Heritage Alliance, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that manages the Cache la Poudre River National Heritage Area.
